SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day will be processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Method
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at the time of checkout by customer. UPS Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the UPS website or through our order tracking page.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated based on UPS Ground shipping transit times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations

REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Matiz Window Films. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. There will be a 25% restocking fee associated with every return. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand your options and obligations.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice.
Refund Process
Contact Us: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at 951-588-8852 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the item is approved for a refund or exchange, we will process your refund or ship out the replacement item within 5 business days.
Refund Options
Refund to Original Payment Method: If you paid for your order with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a credit memo for the full purchase price of the item, which can be used towards a future purchase on our website.
Non-Refundable Items
